THE KLABIN COMPANY REPRESENTS CONVENIENT LOGISTICS, LLC IN $3.7 MILLION FONTANA INDUSTRIAL LEASE TRANSACTION
Logistics company expands from Rancho Cucamonga into 102,100-square-foot fully racked facility positioned to support immediate growth in the Inland Empire’s strategic distribution corridor.
(MAY 27, 2026 – TORRANCE, CALIF.) – The Klabin Company/CORFAC International today announced it represented Convenient Logistics, LLC in a 36-month lease transaction for a 102,100-square-foot industrial building located at 10846 Commerce Way in Fontana. The transaction was valued at more than $3.7 million.
Edwin Rosales, Max Farkas and Zach Middleton of The Klabin Company represented Convenient Logistics in the transaction. The Landlord, Robert K. Vogel Family Trust, was represented by Louis Tomaselli and Chase Berry of JLL.
Convenient Logistics is a Southern California-based logistics company serving customers with warehousing, distribution, and related supply chain support. The company had an immediate need to expand from its previous location in Rancho Cucamonga and was seeking a fully racked facility that could quickly accommodate its operational requirements. The Fontana property provided the additional square footage, functionality and existing infrastructure needed to support the company’s continued growth.
At 10846 Commerce Way, Convenient Logistics gains a freestanding industrial building featuring approximately 3,000 square feet of office space, 30-foot minimum clear height, 11 dock-high loading doors with pit levelers and dock seals on every door, two grade-level loading doors and a 128-foot secured truck court.
“Convenient Logistics needed to move quickly and secure a facility that could meet its requirements without a long lead time,” said Rosales. “The fully racked configuration, strong loading capabilities, secured truck court and overall functionality of this Fontana building made it an ideal fit. Our team was very pleased to help identify and secure a property that addressed the company’s immediate expansion needs and positioned it for continued operational efficiency.”
The lease also reflects the continued strength of Fontana and the Inland Empire as a preferred location for logistics, warehousing and distribution users. Fontana is located at the crossroads of Interstate 10, Interstate 15 and State Route 210 and is served by Union Pacific Railroad, giving industrial users access to major regional trade routes and Southern California’s broader transportation network. The Inland Empire remains one of the nation’s most important industrial markets due to its proximity to a large consumer base and established logistics infrastructure.
