CROWN ASSOCIATES REALTY LEASES 205,435-SQUARE FOOT DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN RANCHO DOMINGUEZ TO U.S. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS COMPANY IN $20 MILLION TRANSACTION
The Klabin Company represents Crown Associates in multi-year lease.
(JULY 21, 2025 – TORRANCE, CALIF.) – The Klabin Company/CORFAC International announced it has finalized a 65-month lease on behalf of Crown Associates Realty, Inc., for its industrial distribution facility at 10200 Alameda Street in Rancho Dominguez, Calif. The transaction is valued at nearly $20 million.
An undisclosed U.S. third-party logistics company will occupy the 205,435-square-foot distribution and warehouse facility, which includes 10,255 square feet of office space within a concrete tilt-up building constructed in 2024.
Crown Associates Realty, Inc. was represented by Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, Courtney Bell, Tyler Rollema, SIOR, and Scott Andersen of The Klabin Company. The tenant was represented by Chuck Littell, SIOR, of Colliers.
The property sits on 405,544 square feet of land and includes an adjacent 1.6-acre yard for parking/trailer storage. Key features include 30 dock-high positions, two grade-level doors, 36-foot clear height, and a highly functional layout designed to maximize efficiency for large-scale distribution operations.
