A cornerstone of The Klabin Company's services is the representation of industrial and office property owners in pursuit of tenants or buyers for their property. We consult with the property owner on all facets of this process, from the property's condition, positioning in the marketplace and valuation. Most importantly, we maximize exposure of the property to the user and cooperating broker markets through a methodical and time tested process of electronic and traditional marketing, canvassing, and cold calling. Once a prospect or prospects are identified, we coordinate credit review, advise on the negotiations of the business terms and conditions and review legal documents and necessary governmental regulatory issues. Our service does not end at the successful conclusion to a transaction - we continue to provide after transaction advisory to solidify the new relationship for our landlord client.
