Since Kathy joined The Klabin Company in 1969, she has been a significant contributor to the growth and success of the company. Her leadership and administrative capabilities have been consistently recognized, resulting in the attainment of her current position as Chief Operating Officer. Her skills and business acumen are vital to all aspects of the company’s operations. Kathy is also a shareholder of the company.
Committed to increasing operating efficiency, she focuses on maximizing administrative and sales efforts. Kathy is responsible for company administration of both Klabin offices executing the business plan, as directed by the executive team. Her efforts to streamline and simplify administrative procedures are exemplified in her initiation of the computerization of the office in 1980 and her design of a fully integrated on-line accounting system.
