Trans-Frieght Express Doubling Plant Capacity
In South Bay; Leases 96,395 Square Feet


RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA – Trans-Freight Express, a leading warehouser and distributor of coffee products, a variety of dry household commodities, vehicles and machinery, has leased a 96,395 square foot distribution facility in Rancho Dominguez, CA to double its area facilities, announces The Klabin Company.
    David Bales in The Klabin Company’s Torrance office reports that Trans-Freight Express recently completed occupancy of its new building located at 18924 Laurel Park Rd. Trans-Freight expands from a nearby Rancho Dominguez site.
    Bales and David Grote, a partner in Klabin’s Torrance office, represented Trans-Freight in the six-year lease valued at $4 million. Rick Mori and Scott Huber of CB Richard Ellis represented Nakano Warehouse, the property owner.
    Trans-Freight’s new facility is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 9,000 square feet of office space, 20-feet of minimum clear height, dock high and ground level doors, and 35 on-site parking spaces.
