CARSON, CA – Schenker, Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of integrated logistics services, has signed a five-year lease extension valued at $5.3 million for a 133,736 square foot industrial facility at Watson Center South in Carson, CA, announces The Klabin Company.     Luke Staubitz, SIOR, a partner in the Los Angeles office of The Klabin Company, reports that Schenker, Inc. renewed its lease for property at 990 E. 233rd St., Carson.     Staubitz and Harvey Beesen, also a partner of Klabin, along with Dave Albert, SIOR, of Flagler Real Estate Services LLC of Coral Gables, FLA, represented Schenker, Inc. Watson Land Company, the property owner, represented itself. Staubitz said the tenant utilizes the facility for freight forwarding and logistics.     According to its web site, Schenker, Inc. provides support to trade and industry in the global exchange of goods – in land operations, in worldwide air and ocean freight, and in all the associated logistics services.
