Narita Line, A Logistics Leader, Expands
in Carson, CA ; Leases 22,911 Square Feet
CARSON, CA – The Klabin Company’s Torrance, CA office reports that Narita Line, Inc., a leading specialist in both ocean and air international cargo forwarding, buyer consolidation, warehousing, cargo logistics and project shipments, has leased a 22,911 square foot facility in Carson, CA for expansion of its area warehousing capacity.
David Grote, a partner in the Klabin firm, said Narita Line occupied its new facility at 1111 Watsoncenter Rd. during September.
Grote represented Narita in the five-year lease valued at $1.02 million. David Prior, SIOR, president of The Klabin Company, Todd Taugner, a firm partner, and colleague Frank Schulz represented Summa Properties/Watsoncenter, the landlord.
Narita’s new warehouse is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring seven dock high loading positions and ground level loading, 1500 square feet of office space, 25 feet of minimum interior clearance, and maneuvering room for 53-foot trailers. The property provides excellent access to the ports, Grote added.
Established in 1986, Narita Line functions as a full-services supply-chain management provider. Key services include product warehousing, pick and pack/ship, price ticketing, custom packaging, transportation management and custom reporting.
