Klabin Company's Doug Marshall Named
A CORFAC International Executive Officer
LOS ANGELES – Douglas Marshall, a principal of he Klabin Company of Los Angeles, a member firm of CORFAC International, has been elected a 2009 executive officer for CORFAC in the position of secretary.
CORFAC International is an invitation-only alliance of leading entrepreneurial and privately-held commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms. The new officers were voted upon at the organization’s international annual meeting and board of directors meeting held recently in Nashville, TN. Jeff Graham, SIOR, of King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International of Jacksonville, FL was elected 2009 president of CORFAC.
A 24-yeaer veteran of commercial real estate in Metro Los Angeles, Marshall has served with The Klabin Company since 1987. His business expertise includes land, tenant representation, strategic planning, sales/leasing and investment sales.
In addition to his membership on CORFAC’s Board of Directors, Marshall is a long-time member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association .
Marshall is a graduate of UCLA where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He and his wife, Lisa, and their son, Gus, reside in Westwood.
