Rader, Aleks Trifunovic and Tibor Lody, also of The Klabin Company, represented Rodeo Properties, LLC, the property owner. Jeff Cowan of Studley represented the tenant. The seven-year lease is valued at over $2,000,000.
Jefferson Palms is a three-building complex of creative office space comprising a total of 155,000 square feet. The project is now 81 percent leased, Klabin officials report. The creative campus was converted from a 50-year-old furniture factory, and accents numerous features desired by media and design firms, including 24-foot bow truss ceilings.
